HELP! Doesn't return to idle in drive, "cruise control"

It's not going to hurt anything. Just try putting that back in to see if it helps. That's just the first thing that jumps out at me and is often the cause of what is happening.

I tend to agree.

You originally stated that the idle / tune was good for a week or so and this just started happening correct? Did you do any other tuning during this timeframe such as Ve or MAF? If so, you could have changed the amount of Base running Airflow your motor requires.

I would lower your Adaptive Idle RPM, Min ECT to around 150 as well...assuming you have a cooler than stock thermo.

I don't see a Base Runinng Airflow table for the 99 i'm tuning. Is it the same as Desired airflow B4307? Or should I first try Throttle Follower Airflow B4315?

Yes the Desired Idle Airflow is the same thing
