Tune needs work...you shouldn't have to change the torque converter just to get it to drive correctly, that's ridiculous.

 

tune was fine. hen I added a shift kit, stall and 4:11 gears. sent my pcm off to get recalibrated and flashed for the new goodies and then with the new tune its not doing just right. I don't think I did anything to change this. but he emailed me today and told me to try a couple of things so ill do that and he is going to change a couple of things in the tune.

 

Best part of HP Tuners, is the scanner....

Gonna be hard to fix the issue without diagnosing it.

Post up your old tune, and your current tune. We can compare them side by side and see exactly what has changed.

 

Oh nevermind, I see you mailed your PCM in for a flash. Ask your tuner for the tune files, then we might be able to help.

 

well I finally figured out what it was. it finally popped a TCC slipping code. and I had a bad TQ converter? tranny guy said he never seen this happen. but hey that's my luck just wanted to update everybody.
