I will have to go home and look, but I think it is the very first thing at the top right before your VE map. {B0104} Cylinder Volume. Change it from 666 to 709.

yes sir, I did. Mine is a 3.905 bore, so it came out to 710.87, so I put in 711.

will that change everything the pcm "sees" about the engine being larger? I used a stock LS6 vette VE, and used stock 06 SSS spark tables to start with. My 5.3 VE was closer to the LS6 but Want a clean slate to start with.

It seems too simple...

oh, when you bring up the tune for the first time when you open a efi live tune it has the vin and truck specs like 4l60,5.3,ect. I wanted to know how to change those, or if you can?

That should be a good place to start. That only changes the engine size, and the VE will need to be adjusted when it is tuned.

The timing will change depending on quite a few things like heads and cam. What is your cam?

More importantly I would make 100% sure your injector data is right, and I would make sure your fuel pressure and flow are proper for your engine. If you have to change something like injectors or pressure you could change the entire tune.

If you do an engine segment swap with an F-body or vette of the same os as your truck, it will change that to a 5.7.

heads are pnp milled 799's with 2.04/1.57 ss ferrea valves 60cc chamber. cam is 232/238 .600/.600 110+4. comp is 11.12:1, dcr is 8.6. I used the 06 sss spark tables cause they were less agressive. injectors are 31 lb truck injectors that didnt change.

can I do that with a DBW tb? its an 06. I never found a os for my truck that would work as a segment swap. I am a newbie to segment swaps.

His os is 12613246

there is not a compatible one in Holden Crazy that will work with your setup... The only one availble is for you 5.3..... SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, what i would do is just copy over all the tables by hand... Yep ALL!!! There is alot more than just VE and spark... You gotta think about ALLL those damn idle tables and stuff like that... Not a fun thing but it would be a better starting point... Also you could use a 04 vette as your starting point since your basically building a LS6
