You can do it with DBW and a Vic jr they make elbows but again your stuck with the GM TB, and figuring out any pcv, map, and other things, might be a better band aid than whats out already though ,I'll probably just end up with a FAST setup or I'll find the limits on the tbss intake LOL

I've seen nick williams 92mm and 102mm DBW TBs. Warning: they're pricey as hell!

Nick Williams makes 92mm/102mm DBW throttle body's available through scoggin dickey...IIRC they are $509..not too bad

Excellent! Now I wonder How hard it is to swap pedals and add the cable, is there a provision cable going through the firewall?

the pedal swap isn't hard, it's just a pita to crawl up in there and move everything around and find the bolts etc. not "hard" just painstaking.

The issue with the 102mm Nick Williams unit pictured is that it is designed for a Vette or CTS-V thru '04 and could also be used with the electronics from an '01/'02 model truck that was equipped with a DBW throttle, hence the strange looking to the newer model crowd throttle body motor and separate TPS sensor.

They do offer a conversion harness to use the older style throttle body on a '05 and up Vette, but I don't know how it would work on a '03 or newer truck.
