How to upload a locked Tune using HPTuners?

How do you upload a locked tune? Have HPTuners 2.2x but no info on how to load a locked tune.

I believe you need the unluck info from the person or company that locked it.

I'm afraid you're right and I it takes a day or more to get ahold of him.

unfortionatly it has to be unlocked
