Default HP Tuner tranny shifting problems....

The 1-2 shift at 100% throttle is not upshifting...however, it will upshift at 90% or if I let out of it a little bit....I put the stock settings back in from the rpm/mph shifting points. I lowered the shift time...I put it at .200 and wasn't a problem before I changed the rpm/mph shift points. 2-3 shift is fine.....just the 1-2 is messed up for some reason. Any help would be appreciated.

If i were you i would lower the whole MPH table by say 10mph... and set your RPMs for when you want it to shift...

Or vice versa....

Both the MPH and RPM have to be met before it will shift

Now..that makes sense....I lowered it down to 36 mph in normal, performance, and hot.....and 5600 rpms. Now, 265/75R16 tires with a 3.73 gear...you think this would be fine? Or should I lower the mpg to 33-34 or a little but more.

If I may jon in,
Both have to be met? My rpm was set at 6400 rpm for the 2-3 and my speed was set at 84 mph - it was shifting at 83-84 but at a lower 5800 rpm.
Now my speed is set to 90 and 6400 rpms and it's shifting at 89 mph/6250. What's up with that?

Thats what i did on mine anyway... lowered all the MPH talbes down 10 or so... and used just the RPMs for my shifts...

I wouldnt mess with any of the HOT settings...

Just keep playin with it to you get it where you want it...
I had my RPM set at 5900 but sometimes on the 1-2 it wouldnt shift until 6100-6200 if it was spinning cause it got there so fast.. so i lowered it to 5800 and its a lil better
on the 2-3 it shifts when its suppose to.. at 5800...

Yea if you have a Stock transmission...

Look in to a servo set or atleast a Corvette servo..

No, I think you are correct but maybe there's more to it? I have always heard that both must be met also.
