Its a compatibility issue with the allison TCM Because the LS1 pcm in your vehicle can control transmission functions also, just pull the TCM fuse & the write should complete.

If not shoot support an email and we will review the information and recommend the best course of action, however as stated its a TCM compatibility issue that we are working on.

Weird....... I have to select which module i want to program upon initial connection. I do not have to pull fuses, but HP might be different. I cant control PCM and TCM at the same time (yet). However, there are tables in the trany section of the PCM (not TCM) that DO have an effect even when running the Allison trany (Torque Management and engine torque limiter to name a couple). I have fought with incorrect table names for a while now, trying to find which tables in the trany section are active and which are not. Even though I love this trany, we are the exception, not the Norm with having an Allison behind a Gas engine.....so programming info is very scarce
