I am completley stumped at why my truck is going into REP mode please help.
My truck has been going into REP mode since I did my mods. It has been very good when I had my 2.9 pulley and would only do it about every other run at the track. It would do it when I was going through the traps. It never effected my times, so I just pulled over, reset it, and picked up my slip. I changed to a 2.6 pulley, and it has been horrible. I have never driven it without going into REP mode, even just to get gas. If I ease into the throttle, it hits about 60-70% and goes in. I usually get a P0102, and P2101. If I floor it it will rev up skipping in the higher RPM's, and I get a P1516. I have checked all the wires on the harness with a resistance test, and they are fine. I have even disabled everything from going into REP, P0102, P0106, P2101, and it still goes into REP with a P0102 code. I don't understand it at all. Is there a fix for this at all? Has anyone ran into this?
I am running a 2 bar OLSD EFI Live COS3 tune, and everything in my sig.

Yeah see I am really thinking the problem lies somewhere between either like maybe the harness piece or the throttle body itself. I know who your tuner is so I'm not going to even question that part of it, he knows darn well what he's doing.

Well I am getting the REP mode again with the 87mm T-body. I am not getting the P2101 code with the 87mm T-body, but I am getting the P1516 code at WOT only. This is stumping me, I have checked very wire, and everything is fine. If I put the 90mm on I will get a P2101 code with REP at anywhere from 60-70 TP when I hold it steady. If I run WOt with the 90mm, I get P1516. If I install the 87mm, I get P1516 at WOT, but I can not get P2101. I am considering converting to cable, what a pain this has been.

How is the battery & charging system? Low system voltage can also trigger that code. Also make sure your battery cables are clean & tight.
I did a search on the HPTuners forum. Some guys have increased the P1514 calculated airflow table by 25% to correct this. But most of the time it's a wiring problem, charging system problem, or throttle body problem. Many of the people with the P1516 code are having the problem with modified/ported throttle bodies.
Hope you figure it out soon.
