What software?

For EFILive, you can visit www.holdencrazy.com

HPTuners has their own repository but you have to be registered and log in.

on is raw bin format which can be opened with hptuners, efilive, tunercat, ls1edit, etc. The other is compressed using a proprietary format and cannot be opened with anything except hptuner. He wants to be able to open this with a hex editor.
