The truck is a 99. Not sure what year the motor is.

Sounds like a vacuum leak somewhere. What's your MAF grams/sec at idle, engine hot?

Dont have a current scan with the maf logging. My other scan shows a map reading of 48-53kpa with 29 degrees of timing. Way too much timing and the map seems a little low to me.

That hole in throttle body is stock.Sounds like you have a vacuum leak.

Sprayed the intake down with Carb clean and found vac leaks at the egr port, tb, and cylinders 6 + 8. Going to swap intakes and try everything again. I'll let y'all know how everything goes.

Well, got the intakes swapped and it cleared the problem up. Thanks for the help everyone.
