Default innovate wideband question

I have an Innovate wideband that I have used for about 2k miles. Since installing my new exhaust and tranny it works for a couple miles, then starts flashing. It flashes in a 4 flash sequence. I am 100% certain that it is heating up, but I am not sure why it works, then stops. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Is it just the wideband or do you have the gauge too?

Just the wideband. I am running it with EFIlive, and can see that it is initially working.

The four flashes mean error 4?

Error 4 Pump Cell circuit open - 1. Damaged sensor cable or sensor connector not fully seated. Verify sensor connector is fully seated into unit. If yes then Repair/Replace cable.

2. Sensor heater calibration incorrect. Perform complete heater calibration (not just free air calibration) See section 4 of manual.

Sounds to me like your sensor is heating up but not calibrated properly.

If that does not work you may need to replace your sensor. Mine would read when I started up the truck and then quit, but I got eight flashes or sensor timing error. Performed a heater recalibration and free air calibration and it still did not work. Put in a used sensor I had saved and it works great.
