no i think that has to do with the position of your sensors, how far downstream from the collectors are your sensors placed? You might have to tweak your trims a bit, but the only thing you should really have to end up doing is adding a bit of fuel on the midrange and a bit more on the topend.

plus 25 at idle usually shows a sign of a leak.. unless you adjusted something in your tune wrong.

oh, wait, is this 25 at idle or driving?

I had the same problem, Not with the trims but with the 02 sensors not switching. Are your headers uncoated? I had to go with a different 02 sensor and swap the pig tails to be a direct fit.

+25 at idle
and the O2's are at 350 at idle
and they are armour coated..
the O2's screwed right and I tightned them down..
headers came with a block off plate for the EGR, that I put on there..
but the freaking thing is so loud I doubt I could even hear a leak if there was one..
sounds like I am in the garage at a nascar race..

Put alittle tranny fluid in the main vacumm line. It will smoke like crazy at the leak and **** your neighbors off. Any codes yet, or havent put many miles on it since install?

Well after you get it all put back together and drivable. Youll probaly be fine, If your running open headers? It not going to read right. Thats a major leak right at the 02 sensor...
