what needs to be adjusted..
my ltrms are at +25,
and my O2's are at 350 at idle..
what gives???
is it that big of a diffrence going to LT's????

no i think that has to do with the position of your sensors, how far downstream from the collectors are your sensors placed? You might have to tweak your trims a bit, but the only thing you should really have to end up doing is adding a bit of fuel on the midrange and a bit more on the topend.

I had the same problem, Not with the trims but with the 02 sensors not switching. Are your headers uncoated? I had to go with a different 02 sensor and swap the pig tails to be a direct fit.

and the O2's are at 350 at idle
and they are armour coated..
the O2's screwed right and I tightned them down..
headers came with a block off plate for the EGR, that I put on there..
but the freaking thing is so loud I doubt I could even hear a leak if there was one..
sounds like I am in the garage at a nascar race..

Well after you get it all put back together and drivable. Youll probaly be fine, If your running open headers? It not going to read right. Thats a major leak right at the 02 sensor...
