I had my truck dyno'd before the tune and put down 220 to the rear in my 5.3. I havent done it since the tune so I dont have any comparison yet. But yea, seems like you would be more than that considering the tune and all....

I've kinda lost faith in how accurate dyno results are...a few months back I had my truck dyno'd pretty much the way it is now, but w/o the e-fans, 160* stat, and with a Crane handheld tuned 02 PCM and K&N. It only showed 210hp, and 270tq. Went to the track the next week and ran 15.6 @ 89.5mph on BFG AT 285 75R16's (just about 33's)...only difference was a PCMforLess tune with less than 100 miles on it. Not killer numbers, but considering that I ran 16.5 @ 81.7 prior to the mods, it was a definite improvement and a little more stout than the 210hp that the dyno claimed, IMO.

I would get that truck dyno tunned and send back the "wait for me tune" you can alway get a better tune from on the spot tunning then a mail order tune.

Damb that thing is rich My turbo'd 4.8 runs 11:1 A/F when making boost. I dont see why a NA 4.8 would ever make 11:1 A/F.

well what i noticed was how lean he was at the begining and then going rich wtf is up with that? 18.0 at 2800rpms damn i bet you have alot of knock.Your a/f should be 12.8 to 13.1 N/A from 0-6??? rpms. you will probly go rich in third gear due to cat over temps unless you get rid of your cats and have the pcm tuned for it.

I'm going to talk to Jesse tomorrow and see if there's anything he can do for me as far as the tune goes. Does anyone know if he has a money back guarentee? The $7.70 each way starts to add up in a hurry if I have to send it back more than a few times. Maybe since I already bought the tune and PCM from him I should consider buying EFI live, I don't really have the cash right now but could prolly sell some parts to make ends meet. If the price isn't right I just may ask to send the tune back along with PCM for credit and then install my cam and go over and visit DRM and have Doug do a dyno tune on it with his wideband. Once the tune is locked in then it's locked in. I don't see a need to buy the software if I'm only going to use it once.

This is what I noticed as well since I installed my wait4me tune. All these other guys talk about big firey smokey burnouts and I can't even get mine to chirp hardly romping on it in 2nd gear around a hard corner. My truck feels dead under 3500 RPM's then comes to life. Now it finally makes sense because it's running so rich! This is gas mileage and performance. My gas mileage is now *** and only gets about 14-15 MPG where before I could consistently get 19 in town and 23 on the open road with a completely stock tune. Hmmm, I'll see what Jesse has to say tomorrow.

Yeah I noticed that too!! Why so lean and then it just dumps fuel in? My gas mileage is **** and I've been trying to baby it everywhere I go. The low end response is kinda crappy too the truck chugs and lugs at 1500-1800 RPM's where it never did before. As far as spark knock goes, I haven't seen any hooking my predator handheld up in diagnostics mode and driving. It's just weird how lean it is at 2600 Rpms and just dives into the high 11's. WTF is going on here?
