Start with the ignition OFF, hold down the power unlock button on the door panel. Turn ignition key ON, OFF, ON, OFF. Release power unlock button on the door panel. The locks will cycle once.
Hold down the keyless entry transmitter LOCK and UNLOCK buttons for 15 seconds. The locks will again cycle once.
Repeat step #2 for each additional keyless entry transmitter.
Turn the ignition on to exit the keyless entry transmitter programming mode. Programming is now complete.
Thats all they do when they program it, must do both at the same time. If this doesnt work they have to use the Tech2 to program them.

Is this for a brand new Remote?
The one that came with the truck kindof got wet when my Foreman and me took scuba diving lessons...
Now im tired of using my freakin key to get in my truck so i went and ordered one through the local stealership... $58ish.
They said $35 to program it.
So i just had to ask on here..
Thanks man im goin to try that first before i put $35 out there..

yeah thats for a new remote or one that has been "found" with the same part number....I work in a dealer<have for 4 yrs> and I'm getting out ASAP for that reason....no one cares bout the customer or employees, just out to make a buck for the dealer principle and upper management, who all make $13,000+/month

How about yall go work at your jobs for free and when its time to pay the house note let me know how that works out for you. Have a good day
Hey, I dont blame you for trying to earn a living.
My reference is my dealership and they would, and do take care of me.
I dont ever get bad service from my dealership but I chose to buy from them because they always take care of me Heck, they still warranty my truck!
No offence ranwalk.

I can say that Randy IS one of the GOOD guys. He works hard and does a good job. I think we have all run into the service writer that dosent know **** and is not willing to even do the things in his job description. That is how the "dealer" reputation got there and those guys keep it going. There are plenty of bad service writers out there and Randy is not one of them. He has a job to do to so he has to do what he is told but he also has to make a living just like all of us. Randy is one of the guys that makes you come back to his dealership like was stated above. Dont blame a guy for paying the bills only blame him when he demonstrates the ability to screw up your stuff!
