I know that I had my knock sensors replaced back in the day when the Chariot was still under warranty, and I do believe there was a notice posted about it.... I have the ppwk.

If you want I can dig up my receipts and look at the list GM fixed. Just let me know.

Guarantee it's a wiring problem in that circuit. Open up the harness between the driver side valve cover stand of and the underhood power center. Find that wire and a replace it from the pcm to the knock sensor connector. Or pull and tug on the wire until you find where it has the internal break and it will pull in half. Had lots of problems with all kinds of different circuits on these trucks usually always toward the bottom of the drip loop on the harness is where it's at. The engine torquing over to the passenger side just flexes the harness so much that after they get some miles on them or the harness is disturbed gremlins start showing up.
