I haven't used the wideband with my efilive yet, because I accidently wired my gauge to the wrong wire, so when I went to program it at Corey's house, we were having problems. I'll get around to it one of these days.

Ah, you must have wired the yellow wire to your gauge. I just got the yellow and white wires screwed into the connector that goes into the EFI live data logger.

the yellow is output 1, brown is output 2. The brown wire is not used. The only wires that go into the datalogger are the yellow and white (ground) wires. On some LC-1's there may be a green wire instead of the white one.

1)relax - it's a joke

2)I'm not asking how to hook a gauge up. You may want to re-read the thread. I'm not using any gauges.

my bad man. i took it as you were simply wiring it up to run off the gauge, thats why i was puzzled when they said you had to program it to work.

I have vistaa and it is very finnicky with the usb to serial adapters.... I had to order one online as none at radioshack or best buy would work with it. I went trrough 4 at bestbuy and finaly told the geeksquad that if they could make it work on my computer I would give them each $50... 2 hours later they called and said no charge and referred me to a company to order the cord from. It works great so BE SURE THE ADAPTER HAS REVIEWS SAYING IT WORKS WITH VISTA!!!
