Question LC1 wideband and XD-16 installed AF?

Got my kit installed finally. Worked on it about 6 hours yesterday and at one point I gave up vowing to send the darn thing back. Had it laying out on the floor, hooked to the battery of my mower, making sure everything worked before I mostly installed it. I had ripped out my NB 02 and cut off the connector to feed the PCM with NB output from it, and had my gauge pod out and the analog AF gauge out. Anyway for a long time I never got it to work, the gauge wouldn't read like it was suppose to. Wasn't getting any signal at all. Finally tried uploading new firmware to it and it would crash after 10 to 15% loading and finally went totally dead. I was pissed. Anyway went back to it after cooling down for few hours and after messing with PC com port settings finally got it to take the firmware update and it started working.

WB sensor is in the passenger front bung. Will stay there permanently. Also using the analog outputs from the LC1 to simulate a NB sensor to the PCM. Working great. I did get an SES for heater to the front O2 but just disabled the SES for it.

Got it in completely today and seems to be working fine. Shot attached. Ive done a couple WOT pulls and its reading 10.9 AFR to rich I think? What is a good target AFR WOT for a boosted truck?

All this time I've been adding fuel to get the NB to read 920's WOT. To the point I've maxed out the injectors to get there.

Youll have to find out what works best for your combo, But 11.5-12.5:1 for boosted applications

Looks very nice. What is a good target AFR for n/a motors? Also, I know this is a dumb question, but the lower AFR you dial in the more fuel it puts?

I try to stay about 11.5:1 boosted. Ive heard 12.9 for NA. Some go 13:1 or in that area.

For an example 10.9 is 10.9 pounds of air to 1 pound of fuel 11.5 would be 11.5 pound of air to 1 pound of fuel and so on. So the lower the number the richer it is

Well I must be way off because I'm n/a and have mine set at 11.5 at 4800 to shift. Or maybe I need bigger injectors....

I don't think it's what you want, it's what the engine wants.
