Check your fuel pressure. I had to put a pump in for a customer last week. With the truck running we had 55-57 psi, it is supposed to have 60-62 psi or some such bull. Installed a new pump and it ran like a top. The truck also had a lean code before the new pump.

The headers are older. I replaced the 02's earlier because of some issues I had with my tune. I'll try and get the truck hooked up to a scanner tomorrow and then see just where the problem is. Hopefully it's something simple.

Well checked it out today. Figured out it was no fault but my own I somehow managed to catch the knock sensor harness wire under the intake gasket. Hence a bit of a vacuum leak and after enough vibration, some severed wires. Luckily it was an easy splice back together and the gaskets were still good. Live and learn.
