It sounds like the O2's in closed loop may be good for maintaining stoich for when there atmospheric changes?

another half *** way to do it is to trigger pe below 2500 or so and lean it out this way. like i said. a half *** way to do it, it does work, just not very advisable.

I guess to answer the original question, it sounds like HPTuners can do lean cruise-ish by tweaking some settings appropriately. However, the more I can learn from you guys the better!

nice graph Jonathan I didnt realize there was such a wide range for Stoich I knew where it was accurate and why it switched but from .1 to .7 volts output that is huge.

I found it on the net... remember dont believe everything you see or read.

Somebody should log MV and wideband to compare. Since i dont have any narrowband 02's, i cant do that..

Humm sounds like a challenge. I am so new to HP tuners it would be a good excercise for me to set that up in the graph.

What are the downsides to using open loop only, assuming the VE table is dialed in?
