Default logging truck and need info

I just got EFIlive v2 and the place I bought it from is going to tune my truck off the log I send them. My question is what PID's I need to use and how many runs do I need to make (full throtle, half, ect) Thanks for any help

You should ask them what they want to see, if they're tuning it based off what you send them.

I'd try to keep the PID's to a minimum to help keep the log smooth. If you try and log too much stuff all at once, it can't keep up and will make a sloppy log. Also, EFIlive has the ability to filter the logs, so I would just do a mix of different stuff on a couple logs

isn't the point of having it to do your own tuning?

i log with-rpm,speed,maf,map,ect,iat,kr,timing,tps,injB1/B2,o2B1/B2,ltft B1/B2,stft B1/B2.
i think that should be a good start if its the first time using it.
get your truck up to normal temps and do a few WOT runs( through 1st and 2nd)and some part throttle with a mix of driving.take a 10-15 min log of driving around and you should be good to go.
but double check with your tuner to see if he wants more.

very ture but this is to get me started, I have lots of reading to do before I just jump into it. I have already recaled my speedo and removed the speed limiter, I just want the new 06 to run better now and not later.
