does the TB fall on another platform from the truck stuff glen if a 06 silverado cable can pull the tune i might be able to help you out while im here in baton rouge

Jeff, TB SS is a different platform. It is a LS2. I also have the TC license for reg 06 trucks. It's going to take HPT MPVI to do the TB SS.

why not just take a look at the ls2 files on horist's site...I could only imagine they being very similar to gto/vettes to be honest.

Because there is no A4 LS2 Vette file posted yet and the LS2 GTO files posted do not use a separate TCM like the TB SS as far as I know. That is my concern that HPT does not give you much in the way of A4 TMC editing yet. I don't want to pay $200 to license a TB SS and find out that tables I'm expecting are not there. I'm well aware of Horist's site.

i will check with the guy that has the 06 truck and i will see if he maybe has the tb on his HPT cable ( maybe we will get lucky )

Your TBSS has the 4L70 trans...correct? Do you forsee any issues with removing the TM on my 06'VMAX PCM, and hurting the trans? If the same trans can cope with another 50ish horse in the TBSS, should be alright in my truck. I think i out weigh you though.
