Default Low RPM problems

Aint one thing its another...
Going to work this morning truck started missing and stumbling at low rpm and had no power. I could downshift to first or second and it would clear up a bit when rpm's were around 3k and up but when i put it back in drive it would start missing and stumbling again. Took it out at lunch and ran fine was able to beat on it and it acted fine. full throttle feels fine. Leaving oreillys it started to stumble down low so i gave it more throttle and it was like a switch turned on and just woke the hell back up and took off. Im a bit confused, first thoughts are fuel pump, filter, injectors,or coils. Tried to call my tuner to get it on the computer but no luck. Any thoughts?
Sorry for long post

If your knock sensors go bad, the ECM will retard your spark timing because it thinks you are having detonation issues.
