LQ4 with a misfire - HELP!

im having the same problem mine does it right at idle other then that its fine i changed the plugs wires everything i did a 6.0 swap and had it tuned by hp tuners the coils i used were off my 4.8 that were fine i did pull the intake to install the motor idk if that has something to do with it
