Default Mail Order Tune ?'s

Well guys I'm gonna send out my pcm to get tuned. I need to know if im going to have to perform the crank relearn or security relearn whichever one applies, I looked it up and still a little puzzled. Anybody mind shedding some light on what I'm gonna need to do when I receive my pcm. (gonna be sending and receiving my original pcm because the tuner has none in stock at the moment). Anything special I should ask of the tuner?

I've gotten several mail order tunes as well and never had an issue with security or crank relearn. You should be fine.

I got a Nelson "tune". All they did was activate the e-fans. I had to do the security relearn. They never me about it so it was frustrating trying to figure out what was wrong and how to fix it. I think it's a 30 minute process, mostly waiting. Mine is a 2001 though.
