I'm pretty sure HP tuners and efi live are not compatible. My mail order tuner told me I can only data log with HP tuners and it gets kind of old having them mail out a new tune when you change anything that requires a retune.

im in the same boat...im just using EFI live w my mail order.

if you have hpt, shoot Bill @ hpt an email. I'm not sure if mine was locked or not (it said it wasn't) but when I went to license it, I got a OS/vin error because of the previous Efi tune.
They sent me a Beta the next day and I'm good to go.
