Default Make it STOP!!! Battery light won't go away

Basically swapped pcm's to a upgrade.....00truck went to a 02 to get rid of large amounts of knock retard and a billion other things that the stock gay pcm was doin.
Now i can't get the battery light to stop flashing.
I tried turning off the the f-terminal code i think it's 1648 or something to that affect and it still won't go away?
Any ideas?
