Default making an autotrak T case work in another vehicle

i'm putting a 6.0 in a jeep, and i want to transplate an autotrak T case also. do i just have to wire it up properly? or does the T-case module need to be flashed somehow??

using a 99 LS1 computer with a truck OS.

It won't shift if you don't give it proper speed sensor signals. If you can override that somehow it should work fine.

i guess it'll work fine since i'm using whatever VSS that comes with the 60e and autotrac. it'll all become easier once i can find a truck schematic.

i can't find a schematic online.

A Haynes manual has practically all the wiring diagrams you'd ever need. Look for 99-05 Silverado 1500, it should have the diagrams in the back near the index.

I think but I'm not sure that 05+ has different communications wiring and protocols. It may be from 99-07, but mine only goes to 05.

Looks like the NP246 Auto Trac was used in the following Apps. LOL !!!

You need to figure out what application you want Use in order to get the correct info. They were used behind both the 4L60E and the 4L80E.

If your using a 4L60e/ LS type Engine thats cable driven You probally want to use like a silverado or suburban.

I know who you are. I remember.

This dude has some of that info online. I would have to dig up a chart on the wireing for that one. I have the GM manual for my 2000 Silverado. I think I have a factory OS for a 99/2000 4x4 Silverado. I just have to dig through my collection and pull the calibration. Its from a 99-00 PCM # 09354896
