LOL. Not sure what your goals are might be easier to just get a TBSS...

The bigest thing is how to make the Jeep stuff work with the GM stuff electrically

i'm basically running the GM PCM as a standalone, piggy-backing off the daimler computer since it has to be there for the CAN BUS to work properly.

Ya I am just not sure how to get the proper signals to things like the Cluster. Sound like you have it handled though. Do you have the auto trac case or a trans??? How about a wireing harness???

i'm building a cluster. i'll probably wait until i need it to get the Tcase and harness. i still need to trade my 2wd 60 for a 4wd unit also.

i'm still figuring out how i'll make the A/C work though. i'll probably build a bracket and use the chrysler compressor. i may have to run a manual switch to the compressor clutch since the PCM wont be receiving any engine signals.
