But the first thing you should do is swap the left and right front sensors as mentioned. Shouldn't take but 10 minutes to do.
GMCtrk,

Where can you find 02 sensors for 80 bucks? I have checked several places local and the cheapest one was 136 bucks and it would have to be ordered. Actually the places I went no one had them or they are not in their listing yet. Guess its because being so new.

Yes it started throwing the code again.

There is nothing I am aware of in a tune that you could adjust to make it throw that 02 code. If the o2 was bad it should have thrown it when you swapped PCM's. Just a gliche with the 02 that cleared itself and now okay with the tuned PCM.

If it does it again just reset it and start looking for a new o2.

Probably an intermittent problem with the O2 sensor heater, I've seen this before...as a matter of fact, my truck had one of those codes. I cleared it temporarily until I could buy a new sensor, and it didn't pop back up for a few months...then the trans blew (no relation to the O2 sensor obviously ), so that O2 sensor is now the least of my problems lol. I'll probably get the trans back together and go on a road test and get the O2 sensor code lol.
