I was a little perplexed when i went to install them because the spring bases and valve seals were way different than what was with the Comp springs you run into the same problem?
I bought a set that had less than 3k miles on them...they came w/ seats and retainers.
I bought Comp Cam keepers / locks, TR spring height shims and GM valve stem seals...black (int) & brown (exh)...all from TR.
Since the heads needed cleaning up and a valve job, I had the machine shop assemble them, but they didn't say anything about any issues or differences.
The springs being replaced were Patriot Golds though...not Comp Cams.

Josh, has this stayed fixed? Have you driven it much with the new springs?
