I don't know he didn't say that I didn't need a retune for the headers but he didn't say that I did either. I think that the commanded afr jumping around is bc of the increased flow of the headers and the PCM not knowing what is going on.

The tune is off. That's how mine was. I had to tune the entire airflow and fuel tables. Made part throttle driving g crisper and MPG went way up.

I figured that, that's why I came to this forum bc here is hardly anyone on FSC hat tunes themselves or isn't bias towards blackbear. I just hope Justin can get this worked out or I might have to give Charlie over at Wheatley a call. I hate to do it being that I have over 500 bucks with Justin and an autocal but don't want to get the run around every time I mod and need a retune.

This. I'm so glad I got my own tuning software. It's not that hard to start. Just read up and learn.

I will end up doing this later but don't have time to start self tune with work right now. I have a copy of my tune and have been checking it out and have been on the efilive forum and reading up on tuning basics it dosent seem horrible just not ready to jump off into that yet.

Like the saying goes If you want it done right do it yourself.

Most of it is spending time getting it right. I have hours upon hours into my tune and thats what it takes to get spot on

I lost 2 mpg since I put mine on (1 3/4" x 3" catless LPP's) and Wheatley spent hours trying to squeeze every last mpg out of it. Just happens sometime. I imagine that when you get your tune dialed it, you might be back where you started.

I got 19.3 on my trip to Shreveport...2004 crew cab 5.3, headers, tune, 2wd

I didn't really lose MPG, and in fact, it seems I gained some.
