MSD LS 2 Step question??
Can someone school me on how a 2 step works and why someone would run them? So far from what I have seen there for launch control or for boosting up. My truck being auto and launching in 4 high would one benefit me at all. Would there be any reason for me to even run one? It would be awesome to pull up on someone stall up activate the 2 step and freak someone out lol I think they sound badass! Only way I see one working on my truck is if I were using it to keep wheel spin down if I were to launch in 2wd.

yeah see i can see this working good on a standard car or a turbo auto 2wd car/truck but i dont think it would do anything for my setup due to me being auto and launching in 4wd all the time. I really dont need to worry about traction i just put the pedal to the floor and go lol I just really like how the cars with 2 steps sound. You think with a 2 step i could build more boost when i stall tho?

^^^ exactly! They help u maintain consistency off the line. You can dial your setup in to where u can leave off your converter without alot of wheel spin if not any at all. Now, if your boosted thin they help u build as much boost possible before u leave out. But it all comes down to how big your converter is. This is what i have been told.
But they do sound bad *** settin there hittin rev limit like your on the trans brake lol.
