There is a solution for leaning it out that you could do, but it would be a track only kind of deal. Find out what IAT you're running into as you get into 3rd gear and go into the IAT power enrich table and have it pull fuel out of the P.E. settings you already have. You could do that or the opposite which would be get the a/f ratio right in third and add the fuel using the IAT p.e. table in first and second.
