Default NBS 07 tuning

My friend has a NBS 07 sierra.Yesterday we played some races and on one of the races like from a 25-30 punch the truck didn't move even through my friend floored it. It took about 1 second before the truck started to move. Has this happened to someone before? Could it be the tune?

Have the tuner check the PE delay, if not 0 then set it to 0.

Exactly right, you set it to 0 so the it goes into PE immediately, 0 delay.

i have a 07 nbs, i know i havent updated my sig, but anyways, it has the fuel delay,

also i know that when i mash the throttle, the throttlebody does not snap open, but rather slowly comes to full open position, kind of weird, charlie wheatley did the live tune down in houston, and told me that its something with the new tac.

There is a long PE delay but the rate that the butterfly opens is in the TAC module
the throttle blade will full open but when you mash your foot to the floor, the blade slowly opens. An annoying thing for sure IMO
