They do that so they wont have to redeem that 5yr/100000 mile warranty. lol

my 07 vmax tops out at 90mph, you can imagine how pissed off i was when that regency rcsb went past me today .

I'm pretty sure mine governs out the same, around 90!

mine doesnt hit the speed limiter till around 97mph. it shifts to 3rd at about 90 and it falls out of the power curve on the stock tune. that may be why it seems to die at 90???? i have 3.73 and 20's dont know if you are shifting at the same points tho.
