The attatched files are the pedal position % vs. actual TB open % for a new 07 5.3L Silverado and a 05 5.3L Silvy. Looks like you have to give it more pedal on the newer stuff to get the same actual opening percentage. Why would they do that?

They do that so they wont have to redeem that 5yr/100000 mile warranty. lol

mine doesnt hit the speed limiter till around 97mph. it shifts to 3rd at about 90 and it falls out of the power curve on the stock tune. that may be why it seems to die at 90???? i have 3.73 and 20's dont know if you are shifting at the same points tho.
