Default Need Crank Re-Learn in North Jersey 2007 Suburban

Got a blackbear mail tune and cant find anyone who can do the crank relearn. I am getting the misfire code. Ayers and Gearheart chevy are giving me BS by telling me they have to reflash the ECM to do a relearn. I cant find anyone else up here who has a clue/Tech 2 or similar tunner. Truck drives the same as it did before the tune, so I hope the cleared code with the relearn brings the performance that everyone claims...

Any help would be a great assistance....Thx in advance....

What code are you getting??? If it's P0300 then a crank relearn should clear it.

If you have a specific misfire then there is probably an issue with that specific cylinder.

The only way to do a crank relearn is with a scan tool that has bi-directional capabilitys like the factory Tech2.

Besides EFI Live, HP tuners, Snap On, and the Bosch MVCI. I am not sure what other scan tools offer this. I know there are some Chinese aftermarket tools like Launch and Autel Maxidas but I have not used them.

If you post up a location or go into regional section for your area and post up looking for help, maybe you can find some one in your area to give you a hand. Other wise find a dealer or a shop that can preform the crank relearn.

From what I have read this happens from time to time when swapping ECU's.
