You need to take into account your converter slip as well. I use that fbody calculator and then factor in torque converter slip as to what the true trans rpm is.

smokinhot = noob w/HPT

http://f-body.org/gears/ and do what? The trans slip is the one this I haven't changed. So far it runs 110% better but it hangs up at the shifts so I'm playing w/the shift speeds more

setting at the time were:

Labels Speed
1 -> 2 Shift 41
2 -> 3 Shift 72
3 -> 4 Shift 109
2 -> 1 Shift 37
3 -> 2 Shift 69
4 -> 3 Shift 106

Labels RPM
1 -> 2 Shift 5600
2 -> 3 Shift 5600
3 -> 4 Shift 5600

TCC Set Max Slip RPM 5000rpm
TCC Set Min Slip RPM 1250rpm

TCC Clear Max Slip RPM 550rpm
TCC Clear Min Slip RPM 100rpm

keep lowering it until you get it to shift correctly. also, it looks like you started spinning, probably why it had trouble shifting. you are out of injector too

I got it to shift in all gears now, maybe drop it just a little lower though. I don't think it spun, I had clear dry ground during that log lol. Yea injectors will be put in when I drop in my brother's old tr220.

The truck is waaay different then before. The shifts are firmer, but my downshifts are there! I would lay into at 65-70 and it would drop to third, now it pulls hard in 2nd

I it got down fairly well

Now I'll just need a tune to dial in for the slick
