need help with magnacharger tune
chevelle injector change and radix modifications.tun
I have a 2007 6.0 4l80e that is all stock with a magnacharger Mp122,It also has 80lb injectors. I keep getting a p0101 code that I cant figure out why and Im just not sure what else I need to do to get this thing running. It has the stock map and maf. Does anyone have a similar setup that could look at my tune.

According to a stock 2007 Express Van your MAF table was about 50% higher. I also changed the injector flow rate to what I am familiar with for 80lb injectors. I'm assuming you are running 58 PSI of fuel pressure with a non boost referenced fuel system. See if this helps.

Thanks for taking the time to look at it. I am new to tuning and I am not sure how to do a Display Calibration Difference summary. I will try what you fixed tomorrow though. And yes 58 psi.

When you have your modified tune file opened, go to:
File
Load Alternate Calibration for Comparison
now, browse and select your original unmodified tune.
Now go to:
File
Display Calibration Difference Summary(it is directly below (Load Alternate Calibration for Comparison)
Now you can view all of the areas between the two file that show a change. If you just copied files over from another tune, you might want to start from scratch. Make small changes at first. It looks like you used the MAF values from a Silverado. I downloaded your operating system from the tunefiledepot.com in a Silverado version, and an Express Van version. Apparently they use a different MAF Sensor.

I did copy files over from a radix tune I found on here. I did not notice that the express van and trucks were different. I copied everything off of a 2006 truck. I just couldnt find anything close for mine to get me started. I wanted to do a cos but I cant do it with my setup so Im stuck with a stock map and stock maf for now. I think your right though I may need to start over. Thanks again.

You should be able to flash in another OS that has a COS available. Just make sure the vans have the same pinout as the trucks. You will need to run the MAF values from your original tune unless you swap MAF sensors. If you decided to do that so you can run SD, let me know. I make the 2.5bar MAP sensors.
