Default need help p1133 and maf question

ok, i'm new on this site (regular at ls1 tech) but i have a question about my truck. its a 2001 silverado Z71 ex cab sb 5.3L and 4l60. it started running rough and i checked the codes when the ses came on and got a p0300 and a p1133. i changed the plugs and wires since they had some miles on them and that fixed the misfires. the p1133 is still there. my auto zone scan tool (actron i think) gives the description as manufacturer control air fuel metering. so i assumed maf. my Z28 has a delphi 85mm with the same part number so i changed it out. the truck barely ran so i cut it off and realized when i removed it that it has a resistor on the inside of it that the truck maf doesn't. now to my questions (sorry its so long) could i have damaged either the maf or the truck by trying the camaro one out? my truck already runs bad, i don't want the car running bad to. also, when i checked the dtc sticky the p1133 gave a description h02s insufficient switching sensor 1, but i'm an idiot and don't have a clue what that means. any help would be appreciated asap.

here are a few things you should check...
Check for the following conditions:

• An improperly installed air cleaner outlet duct

• The air cleaner outlet duct for a collapsed duct, restrictions, or a missing or plugged air filter

• Throttle body and intake manifold vacuum leaks

• A damaged or blocked throttle body inlet

• Exhaust system for corrosion, leaks, or loose or missing hardware. Refer to Exhaust Leakage in Engine Exhaust

• The HO2S is installed securely and the pigtail harness is not contacting the exhaust manifold or wires

• HO2S contamination

• The vacuum hoses for splits, kinks, and proper connections

• Excessive water, alcohol, or other contaminants in the fuel. Refer to Alcohol/Contaminants-in-Fuel Diagnosis

• PCM sensor grounds are clean, tight, and properly positioned

If you dont find a problem, you probably have a bad sensor

thanks, i'll try to check it out. but is ho2s an oxygen sensor or what (i'm not up to date on some of the terms)? but thanks alot for the check list, i'm gonna start working on it in a little while. i've never had much luck diagnosing problems, but i can usually fix what's wrong if i know where to start. anybody have any info on wheather or not i might have damaged the camaro maf by putting it on the truck?

if all you did was plug it in and unplug it to reinstall the old again, you should be fine unless you were beating on it or something like that.....

and yes ho2s is a heated o2 sensor
