Default Negative Timing in High Load and Low RPM areas?????

Why is there negative numbers in the High and Low octane table in the High Load (Grams/Cylinder) and Low RPM areas???? Mainly .56-.72 and < 1000 RPM, is this partially responsible for the off idle bog? I was breifly hitting those cells while I was tuning yesterday when I would punch it for idle..... The BEN correction values for those cells kept wanting me to lean out the mixture in those cells. I have basically removed all the TM except right before the shift points so I don't think it is TM kicking in....

While heavy towing, you will usually be in those cells a lot, and at that low engine speed and load the engine can't handle much timing advance. I would increase the timing as much as you can be for k.r comes in. if you plan on towing anything, be gentle or better yet, scan while towing....

That's pretty much what I ended up doing with my truck. I don't tow very often, but when I do it's a heavy pontoon boat. I'll see if I can find the log somewhere, but it was totally different under load seeing what cells were getting hit.
