Default Nelson Mail Order Tune Bad?

I started another post in the engine/exhaust performance about my truck not turning over. I just did an engine swap (6.0) and transmission rebuild and just reinstalled everything. I had nelson performance do my custom tune but now my truck won't even try to turn over. I checked my fuses relays and tested my starter all of which are fine. But when i turn the key over the starter doesn't even try to work. No click no nothing... it seems like a computer problem or something that won't even let it turn over. What do you guys think?

It's probably a long shot, but it is possible the pcm could have a problem. Contact Nelson and see if he will exhange it for you.

i'm not trying to just guess what it could be but i've traced all the wires and grounds and checked fuses and relays and just don't have any other idea of what it could be. Any ideas?

Double check all your motor grounds, then check them again. I would lean twards something not being hooked up.. When you turn the key to on does the fuel pump cycle on? Is the starter trying to do anyting at all? Clicking anything?

You just did a major overhaul and I wouldn't be surprised if it was a loose or missed ground. Also, the P/N switch could be bad.
No power at all to the starter means, it's not getting power. Check the relay too to ensure it's powering.
I've never had a pcm "go bad" we've had a bad calibration upload, or something similar, like high idle, or injector circuit issue, but if a pcm leaves here, it was scanned, programmed, and edited, which usually means it's good, but not 100%.

We can send you another one, just let me know.

Another thing to check, turn the key to the ON position, if you hear the fuel pump prime for 2 secs, the pcm is probably good, if not, make sure you have power to it

The fuel pump does cycle when the key is turned over but that's it... no clicking from the starter and no drop in voltage when the key is turned (trying to start)
Does anybody have a list of all the grounds and where they are located?
