But its a lot smoother transitioning. Lean cruise isnt that big and only uses 15.3ish. I think ur too rich in too many spots.
The gauge reads about 15.6 where that says 15.8.

As i said, still have some work to do.

HPTuners may have a 2D, boost enrichment table, but I'd rather have a 3D, commanded fuel vs. rpm vs. kPa table. Enabling you to run a lean cruise if you wanted or change the AFR easily for say... strait meth at the track...

Both are great tools and will get the job done in one way or the other,
After hearing and seeing some try to tune Meth with efi, I'd give up that table for a boost enrichment table.....
If I could have any efi table, it would be you boost timing table...

I hear ya, each has something the other doesn't and would be cool if we could combine the two,

I think the one thing we can probable agree on that is a down side for BOTH companies for us, is that neither one is really working on anything new (or finishing old projects) for us "old style" PCMs or COS's, .

One little thing EFILive can do that HPTuners can't...

HPTuners on the other hand just does this.

what i think is kinda funny is that every table is reversed in Hptuners vs EFI Live and vice versa... It is kinda funny talking to someone who uses HPtuners when your familar with EFILive and have to say column instead of row and vice versa...

yea, tun, then you get to hear all the crap they can do that you could not... and vice versa....

I'm with you KB if ether one would finish **** in a timely manner

Something HPtuners can do that efi cant... It only cost 300 bucks (after the cable) to tune any number of that year make.... so if I spend 300 bucks for the year make 2000, I can tune ANY 2000 Truck plate form. No limit on how many.

Ya, year licensing is nice. I have enough single licenses on my cable now that if I wanted to, I would "only" have to shell out about $1250, then I would have the stream to be able to tune ALL LS1 style pcm, both cars and trucks from 99-early07's for free.

Josh, just go read up on the black box logging threads on the EFIlive forums,
