ok, so has some one tuned a new 07 to verify this. Just trying to get a clear answer, seems like they would be able to better control the engine with that too.

Actually I believe that almost all VW use wideband sensors, Ill have to check with my cousin he is a big VW guy.

anyone using the VW WB's w/ hptuners?
any issues?

I have heard nothing or read anything. Where did you hear these "rumblings".

5 volts is 5 volts. foff is and dirt track uses EFI Live so, yeppers. I ordered it yesterday. Mine dies on me every 10 months or so. I drive through a stream twice a day and freaking water gets in my exhaust, and I am guessing that causes the short life. Even though the sensor is high on the pipe.

Been hearing it from a GM tech that I know. Just wasn't sure if it was true or not.

Just a side note here, but the VW WB sensor has to be used with a controller like a PLX or Innovative. It's useless for are application with out a controller.
