Man thats some wierd stuff. I hate electrical problems. Double check the Atenator and starter wires. The starter positive isn't grounding on anything is it? The only other thing besides checking the PCM and BCM connectors is maybe an ignition relay or switch. If your parking lights stay on that means the computer thinks the ignition switch is on and your TB is getting power because its making noise. You may have a postive wire you need to track down.

Got it figured out, the neg battery cable was rotten on the inside where the smaller body ground comes out. She is up and running good now. Thanks for the help!
