Default o2 sensor problems HELP quick trying for power tour

Please help... I am going to search more for this but here is what i have. I just did a swap for a T56 things seemed good before but my tranny started slipping. Now I am running super rich. what I just did was log some and saw when my MAF was plugged in my o2 sensors were at just above 0 when I unplugged it they went to almost 900 and there is no cycling on them. this is at idle. one of my long term curves is at 25 the other is about 2. this is a turbo and I have tried swapping o2 sensor locations and just swapped new sensors in. I ave a wide band plus it is running like crap.
I have not tuned for the new tranny and those are the only codes I have I thought I could run it without the tune to try it.

A transmission swap will have little effect on how the engine runs... Need details on how it was tuned and who tuned it prior to the T56.
