With the vacuum line unplugged from the regulator on the fuel rail at idle on a gauge you should be seeing right at around 58 psi (4 bar).

2003 w/Returnless Fuel System
Key On, Engine Off (55-62 psi)
62psi with vacuum hose disconnected
Engine running or by applying 12-14 inches of vacuum to the fuel pressure regulator with a hand-held vacuum pump, fuel pressure should drop 3-10 psi.

VIN: Z - Key On, Engine Off (48-54 psi)
54psi with vacuum hose disconnected
Engine running or by applying 12-14 inches of vacuum to the fuel pressure regulator with a hand-held vacuum pump, fuel pressure should drop 3-10 psi.
