Default Old tune New motor question?????.

Finished install of new motor today and drove around to get the juices flowing through everything. Everything from bottom to all the way up top feels night and day diffrence between engines. Heres the question why is it running so good if not better with the same tune i had for the small cam i was running in the old engine.

Had a isky cam in the old motor springs injectors,i put in a stock 6.0 which i think is a LQ9 and just swapped my big injectors from the old motor other then that stock motor i was running right at 15 flat in 1320 with the old 6.0 as of last night im in the 14's with my old motor strapped down in the back still. Hooks great with a 600lb LQ4 in the back . Im using the old tune i had for the other motor till i get a new tune.

You went down the track with an engine in the back? That's great.

Track has been closed for years it was an old air force base they setup 1/4 strip on one of the old runways. Ill bet you were shaking your head on that one, when your trying to get rid of a 6.0 with less then 10,000 miles on it, it tends to sell quicker if you take it to the track where all the locals are so theres the thought process behind that one.
