Default operating systems id's

Hi.
I am a newb tuner.
I have a tune from a 2013 Silverado that I want to load in a 2011 Silverado.
Basically identical trucks, different year.
I have HPT 3.0 and licenses for both vins.

I tried loading the 2013 to the 2011 but get an operating system error and can't load it.
I assumed the trucks would have the same o/s.

Any tips?

OS change every year. You can even have same year/engine trucks with different OS IDs Compare both vehicle stock files and you will see lots of differences.

Thanx, so I assume then, I need to write the tune to the second vehicle.
Is there a quick way to copy it or do I need to go value by value.
