So what's EFI Lives offer?
I know that HPT gives you two, year and vehicle specific, licenses. So I could do say... any 2002 Silverado and any 2004 Corvette (If I chose those 2) right? Do they limit it by motor as well? Like a 2002 Silverado 5.3 only? I'm looking into buying one and want the most for my money like anyone else. I would rather have it locked to a year/truck than to just one PCM. Am I missing the concept here?

EFILive gives you 2 licenses with your initial purchase. You can tune ANY year or motor car or truck PCM they support with a license. You can tune 1 PCM per licence. Additional licenses are $99 each. There are no "extra" fees for 2/3 bar, or there custom OS's You do have to have Commercial version for the software to do full reflash for the 2/3 bar and custom OS stuff, but that's a 1 time $150 to upgrade via email. But you can send your PCM to Wait4me and he will flash it to run the custom OS's, 2/3 bar stuff for just the cost of return shipping if you want to save a little cash. Also, you can scan and read ANY year car/truck PCM and use the bi-directional controls on any vehicle they support WITHOUT using a licenses up. You only need to use a license if your want to permanently write to the PCM.

Believe me, once you get the software, and cable (either EFI Live, or HP Tuiners) you won't be content to just do a few things. You're gonna want to tune the whole deal once you get comfortable with it. It's fun, AND interesting!
