Default P/N Safety Switch

Has anyone figure out how to get around the PNSS?

I finally found the schematic for it and fixin to sit down and study it..

I dont think i need it for it to crank and run, just trying to figure it out.

If i get the Purple wire from the Fuse box and just use that on a Relay for the starter it should crank?

Last thing to figure out for my Samurai V8 Swap.

I eliminated it completely in my swap (87 GMC). I am actuating the starter with the original wiring and N/S switch. Jay

Ok cool. After lookin over the schematic it looks like the factory ign uses it to know what position the shifter is in, for reverse lights, and the p/n safety.
Thats good to know.
Now i gotta figure out what type signal the pcm sees when the transfer case is in 4lo. I wanna say its a ground, but cant find a deff answer.
